Permitting

After connecting with our team, we’ll schedule a virtual or on-site inspection of your property. This helps us evaluate the space and its unique characteristics so we can deliver tailored design solutions and precise cost estimates.

Our in-house design team works closely with you to configure the interior layout of your unit based on your specific needs. We do not offer pre-designed or pre-configured plans, nor do we provide interior customization packages. Interior decisions are made collaboratively based on your requirements, while the only customizations we offer are exterior color selections and door and window upgrades.

After your design is finalized, we produce the final plans, submit them for permitting, and coordinate directly with the city. We also manage any follow-up questions or comments to keep the process moving smoothly.

After your permit is issued, we’ll prepare the site for installation with our contractor, which typically includes setting a concrete foundation or pilings.

Prefabrication

Once your permit is approved, we start the prefabrication process based on the City-approved design and engineering requirements. As we approach completion, we’ll share an estimated delivery timeline.

Delivery & Installation

The unit will be disassembled, flat-packed, and shipped directly to your property. Our team will manage delivery and complete the installation to ensure a seamless and efficient build.
